The space of love is a space that is open, expansive, inviting in creativity and trust.
The opposite is fear. It contracts, it creates tension in our bodies and in our relationships, it prevents us from being creative and expansive in our thinking.
Fear is often very sly when it shows up. It comes in many guises: anger, frustration, fatigue, resignation, etc.
When we lead with fear (which is quite common in today’s business world), we make ourselves and others smaller, we create limitations, we restrict the flow and invite a more mechanical , factory-like energy into the space.
When we lead with love, we open up spaces, we explore talent, we invite creativity into every conversation, we suspend judgement to fully understand ideas first, we don’t let small words like ‘impossible’ hold us back on our purpose-driven mission.
In order to fully lead with love, we need to work on identifying our own fears and learning to deal with them as well as listening to others, giving them space, being present with them, so they can also identify their fears and learn to deal with them.
In Lead with Love Connect we practice both.
Over the three months we spend together, we transition from fully guided sessions in the beginning to fully self-led Soul Connects after the three months are over and you have learned the tools needed.
As a leader, you will benefit from this Connect in many ways:

- recognizing fear when it comes up (especially when it comes up in disguise)
- getting good at dealing with fears
- learning the tools to hold space for others
- integrating more love into your organizational culture
